Hi, could somebody clarify the exact process for upgrading from joomgallery 1.5 beta to 1.5 RC, for joomla 1.5.9.

I don't want to lose any pictures, categories, and descriptions that are already in use. I am unsure, if I should unistall the current joomgallery to reinstall the RC version, or should I unpack the update zip and ftp those files into the relevant locations on my server?
