Hi all...I am finally getting around to updating Joomla from 1.0.15 to 1.5....and I need
to migrate my PonyGallery (ML 2.3 I believe)....however, all the files I think I am supposed
to need are not listed in downloads, and the links report 404.

Any help appreciated....

Hi,

yes, it have been years now since the support of PonyGallery and JoomGallery 1.0 has ended. We have removed all the publicly available downloads of these old versions so that nobody accidently starts using them anymore.

You can find all the files and information you need for the migration path in this forum post:

http://www.forum.en.joomgallery.net/index.php?topic=3418.msg11345#msg11345

Please don't forget to create backups and stick to the information given in the article linked there.

Hi, I ran into a snag.....it seems the imgauthor did not carry over the the DB...
sadly I am not experienced in writing sql to run in phpadmin......is there anyone that can give
me the code to run so it makes all the photos img author be the admin?

Hi,

what do you mean exactly?

Is the migration already done completely?

If you want to have all your images have the same author it would be the best to do that at the very end.

Hi, actually I ran some sql functions on my own to get the owner and imgauth to not throw an error....however,  no images are showing up after migration, so going to start over.

But, I did notice i can't find the link to download 1.5 version of Joomla Gallery .... sorry (was reading the linked post) http://www.forum.en.joomgallery.net/index.php?topic=3418.msg11345#msg11345   and the link to the download is dead.

I guess I should have upgraded eons ago....but, just didn't...
