Could someone please explain the steps required to select some images and recreate....I've tried this over the past 2 months on different versions but all I get is a message stating that no images are selected (which they arn't as its not possible to display any...Ideally i'd like to recreate / resize the whole lot in one hit..

Hi,

you can recreate all of the images in image manager by checking all the checkboxes there and clicking on the toolbar button 'Recreate'.

Hi,

in maintenance manager you can only edit those images which are corrupt after doing a check.

If you want to edit images which aren't corrupt you have to do that in image manager by selecting all images and pressing 'Edit' in the toolbar. This way you can do a batch job, too.

Very happy now, saved a lot of time, also answered another question I was going to ask regarding titles. This gallery software is starting to grow on me.

Cheers

Hi,

I've noticed that if say recreate images based on original size 450px width (detail) and thumbnails 142px width to new values 485px width (detail) and thumbnails 150px  ONLY the detailed images are resizing.....I did this a year ago or so in a previous version and both resized correctly. Any ideas ?
