Hello,

I work with Joomgalery 1.5.0.4. on Joomla! 1.5.10. Shared server runing PHP version 5.2.17, and MySQL 5.0.92-community. No intend to update. I have more than 300.000 images in over 700 galleries and subgalleries together, some are UHQ, lot of HQ, and bigest part of LQ.

I wanna change thumbs of 100px height to 400px just for category thumbs only. Is this possibile?

I did not need this enchancement till now. So I need experience advice about server possibile problems. There will be lot of memory and CPU used. Can this lead to server crash? I don´t wanna make a problem to server, and blacklisting of gallery application.

Maybe manual resizing of originals and reupload as thumbs to avoid server resources overload?!
