I cannot seem to open the configuration manager for JoomGallery from the admin side. All other menu items for this component open but when I click on the configuration manager I get the following error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Help.... Please.

Searching for the error online produces lots of results. It seems like there's a problem with PHP in combination with IIS.

Maybe this hotfix from MS solves it for you?

Sorry, no support via PM (unless I asked you for some details). Just post in the forum, maybe someone else has the same problem or already a solution available.

Sweet

Thanks for the reply hypnotoad, very nice of you.

I will ask our hosting provider if they could look into it, it is a shared enviroment so I am not sure how keen they will be to apply it. I will update with any progress made or lack thereof.

Thanks again for your time, it is appreciated.

Hi,

It seems I have found the solution which was posted on another thread;

http://www.forum.en.joomgallery.net/index.php?topic=1057.0

It envolves editing a line of code (not difficult at all)

Thanks again to everyone who tried to assist.

Kind Regards,
