I Dont see radio buttons in image ratings, I only see good bad text and vote button.
If I change the Rating Display type to graphical I see only blank space. but when I hover the mouse it shows vote 3 star(s) of 5 etc.
Its a fresh installation, no codes were touched, on joomla 2.5.4

Solved. I had Input Styling Enabled for 'content_vote' in Advanced tab of my joomla template settings, I Had to disable that , to see radio buttons!
