Hi,
I have just upgraded my Joomla from 1.0.11 to 1.5.
I was using the latest version of PonyGallery ML on Joomla 1.0.11, and now I'm trying to use JoomGallery on Joomla 1.5.

I tried the Migration Manager but I can't pass the check screen, because it always complains that the "Site is offline" (and it is not). The rest of the checkings are ok, but because of that I've not been able to migrate.

Thanks for any help.

The Migration manager complains that the site is *not* offline. Switch it offline in the Joomla site config, and you should be able to start migration.

I have been up and down this site and cannot locate the migration manager. Can someone provide a link?

Hi microdave,

the migration manager is part of JoomGallery. Install JoomGallery and you'll find him Smile

I am going to be doing a data migration from a 720 V5R2 to a 520 V5R4.  My question is:  Should I upgrade the 720 to V5R4 first or does it matter?

I was thinking option 21 save on 720 V5R2 and then doing a restore on the 520 of that save and then upgrading the 520 to V5R4.

Any thoughts?

thanks
