I have a customized template created with Artisteer that I really like, and a few days ago I had everything working.  I have enabled Ajax voting with radio buttons, but now, when a person rates an image, the little twirling icon keeps twirling and it's BEHIND the middle radio button, even though the rating has already registered, and no "Your rating has been counted" message appears, like it did before.

I'm not sure if this is an Artisteer or a Joomla problem.  Anyone else have this, or know how to fix it?

Hi,

you can switch to the protostar template and then test whether the problem also occurs there.

Hi MrMusic, it does not happen in Protostar, it works normally using that template.

Does that mean it's an Artisteer problem?

Hi,

yes, then it is related to the template.

I kind of figured that.  Can you tell me where it is in the PHP so I can go try fixing it myself?

Take a look into the error console of your browser. Are there errors displayed?
If script errors are displayed, an extension like jQueryEasy might help solve the problem.
